Talent Management Carrier Progression Program

A Talent Management and Career Progression Program on Innovative Techniques For Corporate Excellence was inaugurated at MNIT Innovation And Incubation Centre (MIIC) Jaipur. It is a 7-days management development program for the senior and middle level executives of Rajasthan Electronics and Instruments Limited (REIL) to be held from 18 th to 24 th February 2019. The program started with Prof. Jyotirmay Mathur, Head, MIIC, enumerating the expected take-away by the executives and Mr. Neeraj Saxena, AGM, REIL detailing the theme of the program. Mr. A.K. Jain, Managing Director, REIL said that corporate training programs like this enhance the skill-set of executives that plays a vital role for their career advancement. In his address, Prof. A.K. Vyas, Director I/c MNIT Jaipur, advised the participants to inculcate innovative thinking in day to day working, in order to the clinch maximum benefits.
