Malaviya National Institute of Technology and MNIT Innovation and Incubation Centre organized seven days corporate executive training program on “Innovative Strategies For Organizational Growth” for engineers and managers of Rajasthan Electronics Instrumentation Limited, Jaipur from 24th Feb to 3rd March 5, 2018. In this training program, experts from industry and academia shared their experiences and covered various strategies for organizational growth such as : total quality management, lean manufacturing, six sigma, sustainable automations; Innovation for growth; Cutting edge; Leadership; Change management; Strategic human resource management.
